Brenda Winslow brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with expertise spanning brokerage and RIA operations, compliance, and human resources. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Aurelius and is an active member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Brenda began her career with a regional broker-dealer in Ohio, where she worked as a licensed sales assistant for nine years before transitioning to a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. Over the years, she has held leadership positions with several Ohio RIA firms, including Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Chief Compliance Officer. As a consultant, she has advised RIA firms in operations, information technology, human resources, and compliance, helping them strengthen their infrastructure and service capabilities.
